Design the transformation before you build it.
A blueprint defines what your transformation should include before you commit to software, hardware or a long implementation programme.

What a Vector11 blueprint contains
| Component | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Current-state assessment | Existing processes, systems, losses and integration gaps |
| Future-state design | Improved workflows and the operating model |
| Operational requirements | Production, quality, engineering and maintenance needs |
| MES functional requirements | Routes, traceability, quality gates and governance |
| Automation and integration | Equipment interfaces and control-system mapping |
| Enterprise architecture | ERP and connected-system integration |
| Roadmap | Phases, sequencing, dependencies and priorities |
| Value assessment | Expected benefits and how they will be measured |
| Delivery framework | Roles, milestones, tests and acceptance criteria |
How blueprinting runs
Site visits and workshops
Walk the process with operations, quality, maintenance and IT.
Current-state mapping
Document flows, systems, data and losses as they are.
Future-state design
Agree the workflows, controls and information the plant needs.
Requirements and architecture
Define MES functions, interfaces and responsibilities.
Roadmap and value case
Sequence the work and set out how benefits will be measured.
Handover
A plan you can act on, with Vector11 or with others.
Why it matters in brownfield plants
In a running plant, software alone will not fix process and integration problems. Machines from different eras, partial automation and long-established workarounds all have to be understood first. A blueprint makes those constraints visible and turns them into design decisions, so implementation starts from reality rather than assumptions.
