We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you use the contact form or email us, this can include your name, company, work email, role, country, plant type, main challenge and your message.
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use this information to identify you.
How we use your information

- To prepare proposals or arrange meetings you have asked for.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Who we share it with
- Algo8, our strategic technology partner, where your enquiry concerns industrial AI or PlantBrain, so that they can respond.
- Service providers who help us run this website and receive messages, such as our website host and form-processing service. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
- Authorities, where we are required to by law.
We work with manufacturers in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you are located. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. We then delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email info@vector11.io and we will respond within a reasonable time.
